Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch it within 2 business days. This time allows us to conduct a final quality check and package your items securely.

🇮🇳 India Delivery

For domestic orders, we use premium courier partners. Expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

🌍 International

We ship globally. International delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that customs procedures in your country may vary.

2. Tracking & Shipping Costs

  • 📍 Tracking Your Order: Transparency is key. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
  • 💰 Calculated Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. The exact cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • ⚠️ Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

3. Secure Prepaid Policy (No COD)

To maintain the security and authenticity of our high-value heritage pieces, Golden Collections does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

We accept secure online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and major international payment gateways. This ensures a smooth, verified transaction for both parties.

4. Customs & Duties (International)

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations.
