Collection: Bharatanatyam Nose Rings, Nath & Bulak
In the art of Bharatanatyam, the face is the canvas of emotion. At Golden Collections, we craft the essential **Nose Ornaments** that serve as the focal point of your Abhinaya. Whether capturing the grace of Goddess Meenakshi or the playfulness of Krishna, our nose rings ensure your expressions are defined, distinct, and divine.
The Three-Point Tradition
A traditional temple jewellery look often involves a trio of ornaments. Our **Secunderabad atelier** offers all three styles, available in both Screw-Type (for piercings) and Press-Type/Clip-On (for non-pierced noses):
- The Nath / Mookuthi (Left & Right): The classic stone-studded wing worn on the nostril. We craft distinct Left and Right designs to ensure perfect symmetry.
- The Bulak / Bullakku: The suspended pendant worn on the central cartilage (septum). It swings gently with the dancer's movement, adding life to the performance.
- The Mukhuttis (Bridal Nath): Larger, ornate rings often connected to the hair by a chain (Mattal), used for bridal Alankaram and specific dance roles.
Regional Heritage Names
We honour the diverse vocabulary of the South. Whether you search for **Mukkupudaka (Telugu)**, **Mookuthi (Tamil)**, or **Nath (Hindi)**, you will find the authentic Kemp craftsmanship here.
Our Heritage Store & Design Atelier in Secunderabad handles design, quality, finishing, and curation, while the actual crafting is executed by select master artisans under our strict guidance. Trust our comfortable, skin-friendly press mechanisms to stay secure through even the most rigorous Jathis.
