Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Golden Collections, we are committed to ensuring your divine adornments reach you in pristine condition. As guardians of a 64-year legacy, we maintain strict quality control protocols. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and cancellations.


1. Damages & Replacements

We take immense care in packing your orders. However, in the rare unfortunate event that a product sustains damage during transit, we offer a replacement or exchange.

⚠️ The Mandatory Unboxing Protocol

To validate a return or replacement claim, you must record a 360-degree unboxing video of the package before opening it. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the condition of the product inside without any cuts or edits.

Please Note: Without this valid video proof, we are unable to process any claims for damage or missing items.

  • Notification Window: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment for return or replacement of damaged products.
  • Resolution: If the product is damaged, we will provide a replacement of the exact same item.
  • Refunds: Monetary refunds are processed only if the exact product is unavailable in our atelier to replace the damaged one.

2. Order Cancellations & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our inventory and our commitment to immediate processing:

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for different products.
  • Processing Issues: In the event we cannot fulfill a specific item in your order, we will gladly offer a replacement within 5 to 7 working days of equivalent value or an additional item (upon payment of any price difference). Alternatively, a refund will be issued for that specific item.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original method of payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery Attempts

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure an authorized person is available at the destination address during typically courier hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST).

  • Our courier partners will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts.
  • If the package is returned to our atelier (RTO) due to customer unavailability, you may be responsible for paying additional shipping charges to resend the package.
  • Courier returns due to unavailability are not eligible for refunds.
