Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Physical Products:

For your convenience, we kindly request that you document a video of the package and products before opening them. We accept returns and replacements only in the event of product damage. To initiate a replacement, please reach out to our dedicated team at goldencollections9@gmail.com and provide the video as valid proof. Please note that without valid proof, we are unable to process refunds or replacements.

In the unfortunate event that your product sustains damage during transit, we offer flexible options, including replacements, refunds, or exchanges, depending on feasibility. To be eligible for these options, you must notify us within 3 days of the original purchase and return the damaged product intact to the address provided. Please be aware that replacements will be provided only if the same product is available, while refunds will be issued solely in the event that the product is unavailable.

Order Cancellations and Exchanges:

Once an order has been placed, we regretfully cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for different products. However, if there are specific items in your order that cannot be processed, we will gladly offer you a replacement of equivalent value or an additional item upon payment of the price difference. Alternatively, we will provide a refund for the particular item. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the nature of the transaction.

Courier Delivery:

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend that you or an authorized representative be available at the specified destination address during the courier service hours, typically from 9 am IST to 5 pm IST. In the event that the authorized person is unavailable, the courier service will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. If the courier is returned to us despite these attempts, we will notify you accordingly. Depending on the circumstances, you may or may not be required to cover the return shipping charges for resending the courier. Please note that courier returns are not eligible for refunds.
